Driving all day can be equal parts exhilirating and tiring. The music, the views, and the food all keep us moving, but what happens when we arrive? We set out to create an epic IPA that was dry and delicious, and outright demanded to be consumed again. Meet "Jigsaw Jazz", our latest best effort at a California-style West Coast. Enjoy!

What You’ll Love About It

We were inspired by the need for a beautiful, flavourful, but dry IPA that would hit the spot after a long day of travel. This beer adds flaked rice and dextrose to drive that dryness, and features hops in first wort, whirlpool, and a double dry hop. If you don’t want a second we’ve failed our mission.

How It's Made

In our quest for the perfect California-style West Coast IPA we strayed from “only Pilsner” to do two unique things. First, the addition of flaked rice was meant to dry the beer out, and second, wheat to boost the body of that dryer beer along with better head retention. For hops we chose a wealth of fruit-forward hops, but each meant to provide a very unique fruit: Luminosa, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Strata.

Why Is It Called The Jigsaw Jazz & The Get-Fresh Flow?

How To Enjoy It

While the beer is meant to be the reward at the end of the road trip, we've got a playlist to get you through the drive, too! Check it out:
