Try our second collab with international recording star, SYML, to celebrate the global release of his latest album, Nobody Lives Here. Expect a juicy explosion of grapefruit, mango, passion fruit, and orange zest, layered with hints of strawberry, pine, and a dank whisper, all atop a soft bready sweetness.

What You’ll Love About It

This subtly sweet and deeply hazy IPA is hopped with Ekuanot, Strata, Strata CGX, Cryo Citra, and Cryo Simcoe, and was artfully crafted in collaboration with SYML to celebrate the release of his album, Nobody Lives Here.

How It's Made

Almost 50% of this grain bill is adjuncts, with three different expressions of wheat - malted, unmalted, and flaked. We’ve also kissed this beer with lactose for a bit of residual sweetness for the hops to play against.

Why Is It Called Southern Shore?

Taken from a lyric in his new song How It Was It Will Never Be Again:

Young September like it was last year / Swimming in shallows of the southern shore / I haven't wanted two times before / When we got married and when I was born.

How To Enjoy It

At 7-10° Celsius with Nobody Lives Here on your record player.

Did You Know?

Something in the Water were selected as one of only a few global locations to launch SYML's new album at a listening party. If you're seeing this before March 26, 2025 there's still time to register!
