You’ll get dark, ripe fruit right away red plums, juicy grapes, and hints of Christmas cake followed by espresso coffee, steamed milk, and just enough citrus zest to remind you this is still an IPA at heart.

How It’s Made
We wanted to mash together two worlds: fruity hop character and roasty, bready winter beer vibes.
A soft base of pilsner malt, flaked oats, and specialty malts sets the stage. Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic, and Simcoe bring layered fruit without turning this into a juice bomb.
Fermented with a saturated East Coast yeast to keep everything rounded, smooth, and deliciously drinkable.
Coffee cake meets IPA.
