Uncharted was the flagship and award-winning India Pale Ale from Stone City Ales. Originally brewed for those that forge their own path and drink curious all that life has to offer. We loved its piney, tropical freshness and true-to-style bitterness thanks to the use of classic American hops. How could we not resurrect such a finely balanced IPA?

How It's Made
A rich malt bill that includes malted & toasted barley, oats, and wheat, this beer is hopped 12 times with six different hops, then fermented on a clean ale yeast to allow these rich aromas and flavours to fully come through.

This beer was a day one release at the old Stone City Ales in Kingston in 2014, and remained a flagship until they closed in 2022. It is a multi-time award winner including the Ontario Brewing Awards in 2015 and 2016.
