What’s It Like?

This is what happens when a fruit basket crashes into a tea party.

Right away, you’ll get ripe papaya, soft nectarine, and a touch of toasted vanilla.

Then it shifts  bright grapefruit, subtle floral notes, and something that feels like green and black tea sharing the same cup.

It’s hazy gold in the glass.
Creamy. Juicy. Layered.
Like sunshine filtered through stained glass.

What You’ll Love About It

• Hazy golden colour
• Creamy, smooth mouthfeel
• Mild carbonation
• Grapefruit-forward brightness

How It’s Made

We kept the base soft and pillowy with pilsner malt, flaked oats, unmalted wheat, and chit malt.

Then came the hop blend Cryo Mosaic, Belma, and Nectaronlayered carefully to bring tropical fruit, citrus, and subtle tea-like complexity without pushing it into juice-bomb territory.

Brewer’s Notes

This one’s all about balancing fruit and tea, softness and bite.

Same generous hop load as our other HSAs, just dialed slightly differently to let the aromatics glow a little brighter.

It’s not loud.
It’s layered.
