How We Brewed It
This started life as a pale ale brewed with wheat and oats and barely any hops.
Near the end of the boil, we add lactose for extra sweetness and body.
As fermentation wraps up, we go all in with Concord grape concentrate, peanut butter, and vanilla.
Big beer. Big flavours. Zero subtlety.
