Crisp like a lager. Hoppy like an IPA.

A Cold IPA is essentially an IPA built on a lager-like foundation. The goal is high hop expression with very little malt sweetness or yeast character getting in the way.

We use a very pale base malt to lighten the body. The wort is highly fermentable, and it is cold fermented for a remarkably crisp, dry finish, this modern IPA puts the hops front and centre without the heaviness. Bright notes of citrus and tropical fruit lead into a light, snappy malt profile and a firm, refreshing bitterness.

It’s everything you want from an IPA: big hop aroma, bold flavour and a satisfying bite. And everything you want in a lager: a lighter body and exceptionally crisp finish.
